We, in our capacity of proprietor of the data treatment according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no 196 on “the protection of personal data”, inform you that the personal data provided can be processed in accordance with the mentioned norm and in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality.
Treatment of personal data involves collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, amendment, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, stoppage, communication, disclosure, cancellation and distribution of data, or the combination of one or more of these actions.
The provision of this data is mandatory. Refusal to provide such personal Data may determine the impossibility to perform the services covered by the contract.
The provided Data will be treated for the purposes related to the participation at the mentioned congress/seminar.
Data shall be processed mainly using adequate means to guarantee the security as well as the confidentiality and can be realized also through IT- tools for storing, managing and transmitting said data.
We also inform that your personal data will be treated in compliance with all applicable regulations, that involve, among others, that the same data will be treated legally and correctly, they will be collected and recorded for stated and legitimate purposes and not exceeding the purposes of the treatment.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no 196, here following attached, grants specific rights to the interested party, including those of obtaining from the proprietor confirmation of the existence of said personal data and to have them communicated in an intelligible form; to be informed about the origin of the personal data on methods and purposes of their use; to obtain cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or to obtain block of data treated in violation of the law, as well as update, correction or in case of interest integration of data; the concerned party has the right to oppose for legitimate reasons to said data treatment.

Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no 196, art. 7 – “Right to access personal data and other rights”
1. The concerned party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning himself/herself, even if not yet registered, and have them communicated in an intelligible form.
2. The concerned party shall be entitled to obtain information concerning:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means
d) identity of the data proprietor, of the persons in charge and of the representative appointed according to art. 5, par. 2;
e) of the subjects or the subject categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or that can get to know them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of representatives or appointees in charge
3. The concerned party shall be entitled to obtain:
a) updating, amendment or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymity or the stoppage of data that has been processed in breach of the law, including any data whose conservation is not required in relation to the purposes for which the same has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations illustrated in the points referred to in points a) and b) foregoing hereto have been brought to the attention, even with reference to their contents, to those to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except in the case in which said performance results as being impossible to achieve or would lead to the use of means that are clearly out of proportion in view of the right that is being protected.
4. The interested party has the right to contest in part or fully:
a) for legitimate reasons, the handling of the personal data regarding him/her even if it is pertinent to the purpose of its collection;
b) the handling of personal data which pertains to him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales materials, for the completion of market research or for commercial communication.
